The name “Byel Byel Stage” (A Stage for Every Star) evokes the images of stars twinkling in the sky and encounters with
the glitter of all kinds of performing arts and artists, a forum to exchange thoughts and communicate with other users.

Results shows four different type of resources Performing Artists, Performances, Archival Materials and Publications. You can select a type of resources that you would like to search.
From the Search window, Click [+Advanced Search] to move to the advanced search page. Select the search conditions you prefer and click [Search] to find results.
The advanced search results for the data type you selected will be displayed on the search result screen
The [Search Within Results] tab allows you to enter a keyword to search within the list of all results.
The [Detailed Information] tab is for viewing detailed digital information about performances

[Detailed Information] Tab above provides basic information in digital form
Title, performance introduction, number of performances, dates, producing organization, performers, venue
Archival materials related to the Detailed Information are listed below, arranged by resource type.

Clicking the [More] button will show additional information about the performances
The lower part of the screen displays archive materials in the form of thumbnails.
Double clicking on a thumbnail enlarges an image. The ESC key closes the enlargement image window

How to Request Archival Materials
You should register as a member on the NTOK homepage and log in to make a request for copying materials or visiting to view the materials at the Archive.
Request to visit the Archive Reading Room to view materials
To visit the Performing Arts Archive to view materials, first make a reservation on the website or by phone prior to your visit.
_ Qualified Users: Open to the public
_ Quantity:
Publications and uploaded materials may be freely viewed without
limitation. Requests to view archival materials are limited to
five items at a time.

Requests to Copy Materials
In accordance with internal regulations, which allow copying
only for public and nonprofit use of materials, copies of
digital materials will be provided only to those who have
acquired permission from the National Theater of Korea.
(Regulations on copying, reading and borrowing archival
materials, Museum of Performing Arts) To make a request for
copying archival materials, please contact us after locating
what you are looking for on the website.
※ Even if you are eligible subject to
make a request, your request will be denied if you do not have
an appropriate purpose for using the archival materials.

Donation of Materials
The Museum of Performing Arts invites you to donate your precious materials about the performing arts to that the moving stories they hold can be shared with a wider audience. Donated materials will become part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Performing Arts and will be used for research and archive services.
